Dr. Michelot Pierre is the Founder & Permanent Chairman of TONEL-LA Corp. He provides institutional leadership supporting TLC’s mission, long-term direction, organizational development, and institutional continuity.
TONEL-LA is building an institution intended to connect leadership, participation, programs, professional capacity, technology, and accountable systems across Haiti and the Haitian diaspora. TLC’s leadership approach emphasizes disciplined institution-building rather than dependence on informal or personality-driven structures.
